Made to Order

Please allow approximately 7–14 days for painting, finishing, and quality inspection. We’ll send photos or a video of your finished artwork and ship only after you approve it. Shipment stays on hold until we receive your approval.

Delivery

We offer complimentary standard worldwide shipping on eligible orders. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment. Tracking details will be emailed once your artwork is on its way. Production time and any time awaiting your approval are additional to transit time. Delivery times are estimates; customs clearance may affect arrival.

Import Duties & Taxes

For U.S. deliveries, you will not be charged import duties; VicsArt covers any applicable import duties. For other destinations, the buyer pays applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees under the destination country’s rules.

Returns

Standard, custom, and personalized artwork may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. Contact us for authorization before sending your artwork back. It must be in its original condition and securely packaged. Customers pay standard return shipping and any applicable return-related customs charges. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 3 business days after receipt and inspection; your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
