These terms explain how to use vicsart.com and purchase from VicsArt. Please read them alongside the product details, your order information, and the policies linked below. If something is unclear, contact us before ordering so we can help.

1. Using our website

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use this website only for lawful purposes. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. Keep your account credentials private and let us know if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

2. Artwork and product information

Review the selected size, orientation, framing option, and other specifications before checkout. Room photographs illustrate styling ideas; the dimensions in the product description determine the size you are ordering. Screen settings can affect displayed colors. Where a product is identified as hand-painted, individual brushwork and texture can vary. These variations do not remove your rights when an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

3. Prices, payments, and orders

Check the currency and full order total at checkout, including any displayed shipping charges and taxes. Available payment methods appear during checkout. An order email acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange a correction or cancellation with the appropriate refund. We will not substitute a different item or charge an increased price without your agreement.

4. Custom requests and order changes

Any agreed customization should be recorded in writing, including dimensions, colors, framing, and reference material. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. Available changes depend on its production and shipping status. The applicable product information and our return policy explain any restrictions on made-to-order or personalized items. Preview arrangements, where offered, will be communicated for your order.

5. Delivery and returns

Read our Shipping Policy for preparation, delivery, tracking, and transit information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Our Return & Refund Policy explains returns, damaged items, and refunds. Contact us with your order number if something has gone wrong so we can review the circumstances with you.

6. Website content and submitted materials

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer its copyright or grant permission to reproduce its design commercially. Website photographs, text, and other creative materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Only send reference images or other materials that you are entitled to share. We will seek permission before using your private customer photographs in public marketing.

7. Privacy and external services

VicsArt uses Shopify to host this store and support commerce services. Customer information needed to operate the store and process purchases is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, which may operate in other countries. See our Privacy Policy and Shopify privacy portal for details and available privacy choices. Third-party websites and services have their own terms.

8. Questions and updates
