Are your paintings entirely hand-painted?
Yes. Every VicsArt painting is hand-painted by our artists using oil or acrylic paints—not printed. Subtle variations in brushwork and texture are part of what makes each piece unique.
Will my painting arrive framed?
Your artwork arrives in the format you select. If you choose a framed option, it will be professionally stretched and framed before shipping. Rolled canvases arrive unframed in a protective tube.
Do you ship internationally, and how long will my order take?
We offer free standard worldwide shipping on eligible orders. Most made-to-order paintings require approximately 1–2 weeks for painting, finishing, and inspection, followed by 5–7 business days for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and customs clearance.
What if my artwork isn’t right for me?
For eligible artwork, please contact info@vicsart.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Returns require prior authorization, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
For custom artwork, we provide photo or video previews before shipping so you can request reasonable adjustments.
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging so we can help resolve it.
