Standard, custom, and personalized artwork may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. Contact us for authorization before sending it back. Artwork must be in its original condition and securely packaged. Customers pay standard return shipping and any applicable return-related customs charges. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after receipt and inspection; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. Once transit damage is verified, you may choose a full refund for the damaged artwork or a replacement at no additional cost. We’ll confirm any return arrangements with you.

Love the kookaburra, easy to order, albeit I was apprehensive about the size, should I go larger, should I go smaller. I went for the 100cm x 70cm in an Oak Shadow box and he looks an absolute treat. Delivery was quick, and wrapped very securely. Would not hesitate in ordering more once I check out the site again.
